Bay to Bay Mortuary Transport, LLC operates this website. We provide mortuary and human remains transport services throughout Florida. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Bay to Bay Mortuary Transport, LLC.
This policy covers information collected through this website. Records created in the course of providing transport services are governed separately by our agreements with funeral homes, hospices, hospitals and medical examiners, and by applicable law.
What we collect
When you submit a quote request, we collect the information you enter:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Pick-up address
- Drop-off address
- Approximate weight of the decedent
- Any additional details you choose to include
- Whether you consented to receive SMS messages
Our web host also records standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited. We use these only for security and troubleshooting.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build marketing profiles.
Information about a decedent
A quote request may include details about a person who has died, including where they are and their approximate weight. We treat this information as confidential. Access is limited to the staff who need it to carry out the transport, and we do not disclose it except to the parties involved in that transport, such as the receiving funeral home or crematory, or where the law requires it.
Text messages
We send SMS messages only if you tick the consent box on our form. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of using our services, and we do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share information with
- Our web host. This site is hosted by GoDaddy, which stores the site and its data on our behalf.
- Parties to a transport. The funeral homes, hospices, hospitals, crematories, airlines or medical examiners involved in the specific transport you requested.
- When the law requires it. In response to a lawful request from a court, regulator or law enforcement.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are stored in this website’s dashboard and in our email. We keep them as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our record-keeping and legal obligations, then delete them. If you would like a request removed sooner, contact us.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store a small amount of technical data needed for the site to work. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy first.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reply STOP to any text message to stop SMS. Email us at the address below and we will respond.
Children
This website is intended for funeral professionals and adults arranging transport. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the revised version here with a new date at the top.
